Introduction:

In this beginner course, I will provide you a foundation for understanding breath-work with an emphasis on understanding the breath and it’s phases, correct posture and preliminary exercises, plus learning how to safely practice breath extension and retention. The course is a prerequisite for any other breath work and meditation courses I offer.

All practices should be done in a relaxed manner, without exertion and tension. Unnecessary exertion can result in unintended consequences and injury. An open, relaxed and curious mindset is an important foundation to any breath-work practice.
