Anger Management + Relationships Course.

Thanks for Joining the Anger Management Skills Program. The program is designed to provide you with new knowledge, skills and strategies to help you relate to and manage your anger better. By the end of the program you should have a better understanding of what triggers your anger, better skills to deal with your mind, better skills to deal with your emotions and a clear understanding of how you would rather act in situations where you previously reacted from anger.

To get the best out of the course go through each module and get an overall sense of how the knowledge and the skills of the course fit together. Remember to:

  • watch the videos
  • go through the written eGuide
  • Do the practices for the module daily
  • Each modules practices you can do for 5-7 days.
  • You are not required to submit the exercises or complete the quizzes however to get the most out of the course we would recommend doing them.

After you have gone through the course once, go back and focus on areas you need to do more work on, or had the most impact. You have 6 months of access to the material so you can go over it as many times as required.

Letters for Court:

An initial letter of your participation in the program will be provided to your lawyer. Then upon completion we will provide an additional letter of support outlining your progress, engagement and outcomes. The more you participate in the program and submit the exercises the more we are able to demonstrate you are making progress in the final letter. If you do not submit the exercises or complete the program our final letter will only indicate that you are still engaged but yet to complete the program.
